Bill O’Brien is leaving the Patriots to become the new offensive coordinator at Ohio State. A source told New England Football Journal over the weekend that O’Brien has been in talks with Ohio State since last week to join Ryan Day’s staff.  With O’Brien’s departure, new Patriots coach Jerod Mayo is now in the market for a new offensive coordinator. Several names have been linked to the job even before…

Patriots: Shaun Wade is a smart acquisition by Bill Belichick

August 26, 2021

The Patriots acquired rookie cornerback Shaun Wade this afternoon from the Baltimore Ravens in exchange for 2022 seventh round pick and 2023 5th round pick. Wade looked like a first round pick in 2019. He played like an elite level corner with size. Wade decided to return to school in 2020 and the decision proved to be costly. Rutgers at Ohio State (-34.5, 63): The Buckeyes scored 77 points on Oregon State last week. Is there a big different between Rutgers and Oregon State? I think not. Take the Buckeyes. They’ll cover. New…
